Leads the development and implementation of corporate and Brand PR and strategic plans in collaboration with regional heads in alignment of the overall communications strategy.
Contributes to the preparation for formulation and communication of the company strategy and plans.
Devises and implements internal communications campaigns for India
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Communication department, providing expertise, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
Manages departmental budget expenditure
Coordinate business units and sector communications activities – Operations, Shared services, Line functions
Works closely with other communications head and teams to coordinate PR plans in-line with corporate strategic goals.
Involves management of corporate presentations, brochure and the intranet site to help deepen understanding of corporate strategies and objectives
Contributes written internal communications to feature on company intranet site, appropriate newsletters and liaises with company divisions to develop appropriate content working with Executive Internal Communications
Supports the Communications Executives, (CSR and Internal Communications and Sponsorships) to develop and lead corporate social responsibility Initiarives. Ensures liaison with communications contacts across centres and monitors compliance with responsinbility policies for employees.
Educates associates across centres about corporate Visual Identity including logos, colours and look and feel.
Develops and manages content as well as maintaining strategic contribution of the website to the business.
Oversight and management of key internal corporate events. Ensures that all activities are calendarised and are executed well on time
Review, develop and upgrade corporate messages prepared
Act as leader for content development, form and media used in internal communication materials and external communications, ensuring that strategies and messages are aligned with overall corporate strategy
Feedback Management, Design, develop and monitor effectiveness of employee feedback systems and activities to build company culture and employer brand
